Golden Ticket Promotion Terms and Conditions

Elegibility: The Golden Ticket promotion is open to all customers who make a purchase on the MAURIPRO website during the month of January 2025. Employees of MAURIPRO and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Promotion Period: The promotion starts at 12:01 AM on January 1st, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM on January 31st, 2025.

How to Enter: All customers who make a purchase during the promotion period will automatically be entered into the raffle. Each order counts as one entry. Multiple orders increase the chances of winning.

Prize: The winner will receive a full refund of their order, either in the form of a coupon or credited back to their credit card. The maximum coupon value is capped at $5,000.

Selection of Winner: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. The draw will be conducted by MAURIPRO within seven days of the promotion’s end date.

Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified via email within five days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, MAURIPRO reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Coupon Use: The coupon is valid for a single transaction on the MAURIPRO website and must be used within twelve months from the date of issue. It cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.

General Conditions: MAURIPRO reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of MAURIPRO’s control.

Personal Data: Participants agree to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data by MAURIPRO for the purposes of the promotion. All personal information will be used and processed in accordance with MAURIPRO’s Privacy Policy.

Liability: MAURIPRO is not responsible for entries not received for whatever reason, nor shall they be responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any network, system, server, or provider that may affect the entry, the conduct of the draw, or the delivery of the prize.

Acceptance of Terms: By participating in this promotion, an entrant indicates their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
