We could not find the sailboat windlass anywhere else and are so grateful to MAURIPRO for not only getting us this essential and hard-to-find part but equally for their help speeding it to us in time to get it to Mexico to beat a critical deadline. The parts I ordered where on back order and they did everything they could do to make sure I was updated weekly. I enjoyed the follow up they did as well as kept a open line of communication and as a customer that is important to me I use them all the time and have never had bad service and there pricing is great!
